• time: 1 hr or so
• temp: 60
• road conditions: got sunny near the end
• aches/pains: r knee for last half mile, r shoulder during the middle, all over achiness
• what i listened to when i ran: can't remember
• comments: got out early because we had a big day ahead of us. i really like looking at the additonal mile at the top of the hill. my lower legs ached for the rest of the day. maybe i need to look into getting some new shoes ;)
