  • run: 4 mi
  • time: ?
  • temp: 55 (oh yeah)
  • road conditions: slightly sunny
  • aches/pains: lungs

  • comments:  wore shorts, juno bra and a t shirt.  perfect.  my fitness level, not so perfect.  i've got something in my lungs that i'm coughing up and the run is helping loosen it.  i'm just keeping the bar low, trying to get some consistency back in my running in case i do get to do the thanksgiving 5k i signed up for in less than 2 weeks.  it's a hilly course, but has the cutest t-shirts of any race i've ever ran.

Saturday, November 3, 2012

  • run: 4 mi
  • time: a while
  • temp: 30
  • road conditions: frosty
  • aches/pains: shoulders, legs
  • what i listened to when i ran: ben folds - songs of love, radiohead - no surprises
  • comments:  lost a lot of fitness there over the past few weeks.  it felt really good until i hit that hill on miller.  i stopped to walk a lot over this normally easy path.  lots of people were out this morning.  i feel badly for all those people who trained so hard for the NY marathon to have it cancelled.  i also can't imagine myself getting off my ass after work during the week to get out for a run.
