• comments: i ran the best i could. i wanted to age place badly. i ran hard so i'd have no regrets. and i came in 4th in my age group. phooey. it is a pr for me. i was really hoping that all of my training would make me a lot faster. maybe i need to get a coach and/or do speed work to get faster. i did enjoy myself, though.
