• what i listened to when i ran: chatted with my cousin
• comments: we ran along the road near the bay. it was a beautiful fall morning. i'd been hoping to run with her for a long time and it was really like a dream come true. she was fast but kept apologizing for being so slow. we forgot to check our watches to see what time we left to get an idea of how far we went, but it really wasn't what it was about for me. running with someone i love is the ultimate experience to me, even better than winning a race, because it's shared.
