• comments: the clogs were the problem. i'm happy that it's not something bigger, but kind of sad because those things were rad. it was pretty chilly, but i put a tank under the green long sleeved shirt with my capris and got sweaty. i saw runners wearing hats, but i'm not there yet. it felt really good to be out and my gratitude for the ability to run was back in spades. it also brought out gratitude in my heart for other things and people as well. my anger feels lighter than it has for a while now.
