• aches/pains: worried about the horribly sharp pain i had in my back last night but it didn't appear during the run
• what i listened to when i ran: depeche mode - behind the wheel, the beatles - it's only love, josh ritter - song for the fireflies, weezer - say it ain't so (?), peter, paul and mary - early in the morning, casiotone for the painfully alone - young shields, britney spears - oops i did it again, the beatles - happiness is a warm gun
• comments: tried a new route - up the broadway bridge to main (almost), down catherine to glen, to maiden lane and back home. i went around the block up pontiac trail to make up for missing main. lots of up and down hills, but not bad and much less mud! now to try out the new showerhead!!!!! i really enjoyed the "early in the morning" while i watched those heading to church, knowing i'll be heading there after my awesome shower!
