• comments: was trying to decide whether or not to stop laying on the couch with my girl or get up and run and ended up running. got home late from work and gulped down my bowl o' mashed potatoes about 2.5 hours before i got to run. probably gave me the energy to do it but boy did it make me sleepy right after. usually wait to eat until after i run but 3pm is too late to put off the first meal of the day...
