- comments: felt a little weak at first, but mentally worked to make myself strong. it's only 5 miles, for crissakes. prayed a lot, which is always good, and really wanted to make today a better day than yesterday. it was. less judgemental, more supportive. now let's see if i can carry that attitude back into the workplace...
