• comments: such nice weather. passed my running buddy - probably at the end of her long run as i was just getting started. so motivating. i'm starting to plan running the 5k tomorrow. if i change my mind, eh. it's all good. got home, went to mcdonalds to get breakfast for the fam. i'm not indulging. i think that double whopper continued to power me this am as i forgot to eat in order to avoid the rain.
