• road conditions: dripping humidity and sun
• aches/pains: l side really bad. had to stop several times to walk
• what i listened to when i ran: chatted with my friend, watched the crowds downtown on a Friday evening, giggled at the good looking male runners with their shirts off like teenagers.
• comments: this was a lot tougher than last week. i'm letting her pick our route next week. stopped on the way home at the jewler and had my ring cleaned. it's nice and shiny now!
