• what i listened to when i ran: chatter with the running ladies.
• comments: bitter cold, but we ran through downtown, smelled all the good food from the resteraunts, ran around people (few catcalls, but not many). worked, came home, cuddled for 10 minutes, changed, and went to running class. long day but my heart is joyful.
