• what i listened to when i ran: michael jackson - ben, yaz - state farm, metallica - creeping death, darren jessee - norina, elliott smith - happiness (gondola man)
• comments: also heard a live version of "gone" - need to delete those crappy live shows off of my ipod. always love to hear "state farm" - makes me giggle inside. really needed a run as i've been super anxious all day. good anxiety turned to fearful, but i feel much more peaceful now. what's done is done and it's in God's hands.
