• aches/pains: knees were achy yesterday, but felt fine this am
• road conditions: dry
• what i listened to: chatted with gal from class
• comments: nice to run with someone else at the same beginning level i am. got to watch some "real" runners who were out around the same time we were. saw one's fancy watch. also saw the homeless at the breakfast program, and one guy sleeping under the edge of an abandoned building. he was pretty well bundled up.
