  • comments: got a new iPod nano from my hubby :) it has a workout program on it. i didn't have much time this morning as the boy has a chess tournament to go to and they had to leave pretty early, so i ran pretty fast (felt like i did) and did a short route. felt good, was a little out of breath, excited to come home and see how fast i was. 9.25 pace. ugh. i also burned 298 calories. i'm running a race next weekend where last time my pace was 8.53/mile. the last 5k was 8.0/mile. i have a lot of work to do. i also need to get my height/weight out of that program because i don't need to know how many calories i burn. it's all about time and distance for me and i want to keep it that way. i wore my light tights, tank, and green jacket and it was perfect for the weather. just knowing how to dress for the temperature makes things so much easier.
