• comments: no coffee this morning and i felt it. got up in time to join a running group to see about increasing my long run, like my friend suggested, but didn't. stuck with the 6 mi because it's comfortable and still challenging. wore my new blue hoodie with the soft inside cuffs that cover my hands and it does not let the wind through. with that and capris i was in good shape today, got a little hot at times but really not bad. i still can't see myself doing more than 6 miles. it's getting less pretty out there with most of the leaves off the trees.
