• comments: first sub-zero run this season. damn it was cold out there! i felt dressed appropriately with capris, tank, fleece pullover and earband. need to get another fleece pullover. it's going to take a lot of willpower to get out during the cold, just like it did during the really hot weather. at least i got out today!
