• comments:  drank 1 cup of coffee and got out because i made myself.  jogged, really.  wanted to do 4 miles, but 3 seemed reasonable.  it's all about just getting out there and trying.  wore a fleecy pair of tights and my fleecy hoodie and was really warm.  i'm not a lazy bum because i keep trying.
