- comments: she's running a half on saturday. i hope she does well. she told me i should find a training program online and stick to it. start with 3 days, up mileage, move to 4 days a week, up mileage, long runs of 8, then 10 then 12 miles. the thought sounded brutal as i was really struggling out there. it was pretty chilly and the wind was out of this world. then some ladies and some dude with mutton chops passed us. one of the cats is sitting 2 feet away from me and giving me the stink eye. today is not my best day.
